This meeting will help me get to know the real you: what drives you, what you’re drawn to, and what makes you light up – from the time you were a toddler to the present. Though you will have plenty of insight into this, if you are under 18, I will also invite your parents or guardians in for this first meeting, because they hold a wealth of information on who you are as a person.
Homework:
Following our session, you'll receive two emails with links to complete the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Personality Dimensions assessments online. Each assessment should take about 30 minutes to complete.

I will guide you through an exploration of the 16 personality types as defined by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). By engaging in a series of exercises, we'll pinpoint your best-fit type. This type will not only highlight the areas in which you excel naturally but will also assist us in identifying career choices that are most likely to offer you fulfillment and job satisfaction.
Homework:
Following our session, you'll receive two emails with links to complete two interest assessments:
Strong Interest Inventory (SII) Jackson
Vocational Interest Survey (JVIS)
Each assessment typically takes around 30 to 40 minutes to complete.

Using the insights gleaned from the SII and JVIS interest assessments, we'll pinpoint your primary interest patterns related to various occupations. This session will streamline our focus by eliminating numerous occupational options, guiding us even further toward the ones that align best with your interests and abilities.
Homework:
Share your MBTI and SII reports with a friend, sibling, or parent/guardian, and review them together. Discuss which aspects of each report resonate most with you. What do they perceive as the most accurate reflections of your personality and interests?

Drawing from the discussions in our three previous meetings, I'll present you with a customized list of occupational clusters and educational routes that align with your unique interests and personality traits. Additionally, I'll provide specific examples to paint a clearer picture for you. Following that, I'll guide you through the process of researching diverse career options and appraising educational programs—be it at the university, college, or apprenticeship level—empowering you to make well-informed decisions that pave the way for your future.

Within one week of our last meeting, I will provide you with a final report that will include summaries of each session, the assessment reports, and a list of recommendations and next steps tailored specifically to you.

Then, we'll delve into exploring various career avenues and assessing educational programs. Together, we'll map out a plan, starting with two concrete examples to get you started on your journey.

Building on what we discussed in our session and utilizing the comprehensive research manual provided, your task is to explore and evaluate two additional educational programs—whether they're offered at a university, college, or apprenticeship level.
